I Turned My AI Coworker Into My Personal Trainer

I play competitive pickleball 4-5 days a week. I've got a home gym with a full rack, dumbbells, Echo Bike, rower, cable machine, kettlebells, battle ropes, GHD... the whole setup. What I didn't have was a plan.
